Knight Frank has formed a committed Transaction Team covering capital markets in Asia, directed by Neil Brookes, who’s head of capital markets in Asia Pacific.
MCC Land submitted a winning Provence Residence Canberra Link price bid of $233.89, translating to $566 psf per GFA. Provence Residence site occupies 179,651 square feet and has a Gross Plot Ratio of 2.3 and can be developed to house up to 385 residential units.
The staff will specialise in significant advantage sales, specialist businesses and funding partnering, and also will work closely together with Knight Frank’s occupier providers and business service group, exploiting their understanding of occupier opinion and tendencies, and their residential networks using over 5,400 ultra-high net-worth people.
The group is drawn from an present pool of specialists in Knight Frank and can form a core component of the company’s regional service lineup, improving its cross-border business transaction skills.
The group includes: Danny Zheng (Chinese Mainland), Daniel Ding (Singapore), Daisuke Naoi (Japan), Emily Relf (Asia Pacific), Jack Choi (South Korea), James Buckley (Malaysia), Paul Hart (Greater China/Hong Kong) and Tushar Rane (India).
